2008-06-14 Deceptive Practice
After being a LOGIX customer for 7 years we switched our phone service to CBeyond because of more feeatures and better pricing . After giving LOGIX a notice of our switch we tried to set a date for transition of our numbers to CBeyond but were told it couldn't possibly be done before a certain date which was later than we requested. Later, without any prior communication, they disconnected our service prematurely leaving us with no phone service and were extremely slow in restoring it after their error was brought to their attention. This mistake??? cost our company a half day of revenue as our phone system is our link to sales. " --guest
