Built-In Microwaves with Trim Kits, Warming Drawers, Cooktops/Stove Tops (Electric & Gas), Down-Draft Cooktops along with Professional Series, Pop Up/Telescopic Vent Systems, Slide-Out Hoods, Over the Counter (OTC) Microwave Hoods (Vented or Non Vented), Above the Cooktop Ovens, Free Standing Ranges, Slide-In Ranges, Drop-In Ranges, Dishwashers, Trash Compactors, Under Counter Ice Makers, Under Counter Refrigerators, Under Counter Wine Coolers, Refrigerators including Sub-Zero types, Washers, Dryers, Stackable Washer Dryers, Outside Grilling Appliances such as Patio Grill Cook tops. PLUMBING: Gas Lines, Water Lines, Water Filters for Refrigerators, Garbage Disposals, Hot Water Dispensers, Filtered Water System for on the Sink. Installation of Kitchen Sinks, Bar Sinks & Lavatory Sinks. Plumbing Pipes that go under Sinks. Faucets for any of the Sinks listed including Tub/Shower Faucets. Installation of new Toilets. ELECTRICAL: We do small electrical that does not entail pulling a permit. Electrical Lines for any type of Appliance, 110 Plugs, GFCI Plugs, Switches, Ceiling Fans, Under-Counter Lighting, Any type of Lighting such as Recessed Lights & etc. Outside Lighting, Motion Sensor Lights. CARPENTRY: We do any type of carpentry on existing openings for Appliances. We cut Countertops (Formica, Tile, Wood, & Corion. We cut wood on openings for Built-In Wall Ovens, & we can also add wood to make oven fit, build new supports & etc. We install Doors, can cut down Doors to make fit & etc. KITCHEN CABINETS & BATHROOM ACCESSORIES: From Kitchen Cabinet hanging to any Bathroom Fixture such as towel racks, Mirrors, Hand-Rails * etc. VENTING: Installation of Vents to make your Microwave Hood, Vent Hood, & Down Draft System work. We can run the vents up through your ceiling venting it outside the roof; we can run vents through existing outside wall (Brick, Siding etc). We install Bathroom Exhaust Fans. SPRINKLER SYSTEM CHECK & REPAIR: We do complete Sprinkler System Check to ensure that your system is running properly & distributing water where it needs to be & make sure you have the proper Sprinkler Heads in order to ensure that you are not over watering or under watering areas. We repair anything that has to do with Sprinkler System such as Broken Heads, Valves, Leaks in your System, Timers & etc DETAILED HOME CLEANING I also do Detailed Home Cleaning on the side.
