Had TERRIBLE customer service here today. When I dropped off a bunch of shirts earlier this week, the man behind the counter told me that two of them needed to be dry cleaned as opposed to laundered. He didn't mention that that cost more than three times as much. I found out when I was picking them up this evening. Now, I understand that I should have asked about the difference in price, but what infuriated me was the attitude of the woman today when I picked them up. I tried to express, very politely, that I was unhappy about how much more expensive that those two shirts were. I could never even finish a sentence. She kept cutting me off, sputtering that I should have asked first, shaking her finger at me, etc. When I told her she was being rude, she just amped it up to 11, continuing to interrupt me every few words. I will NEVER go back to this place again and I recommend you stay away. I could forgive a misunderstanding about cost, but not the incredible rudeness she exhibited. --Rob"
