Worst Experience Ever
First... they were closed over an hour after their sign stated they would be back from lunch. The doctor on hand said they took only cash and no insurance, I told them that was OK and I had a DVD with a recent MRI and the woman said I needed an X-Ray and would not even tell me where to get an X-Ray, I asked her for her name and she would not even tell me or give me the phone number of the doctor in charge and accused me of drug seeking. THEY OUT RIGHT REFUSED MY BUSINESS. I actually went in to Chiropractic & Acupuncture (2126 East Belt Line Road, Richardson) 972-698-6277 prior to going to Garland Wellness & Rehab, but Chiropractic & Acupuncture were booked for 3 weeks. When I went into Garland Wellness & Rehab there wasn't even customers in there, I don't even how they stay in business, probably won't be there for long.
