2008-12-14 Grove has a long history of scamming travelers http://74.125.95.132/search?q=cache:R2UyJiaa9zYJ:https://www.texasattorneygeneral.gov/oagNews/release.php%3Fprint%3D1%26id%3D108+Mediatrix+tours&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=1&gl=us
I and many, many other individuals in 2003 lost thousands and thousands of dollars on trips, some of which had been paid in full. Grove was operating under the name "Mediatrix Tours" and "Renaissance Catholic Tours". He filed Chapter 7 owing almost $800,000 to individuals and credit cards. He had about $1200 in assets. The attorney general filed charges against him. He was paying himself a nice salary during this period (from funds from travelers!). He cashed my check AFTER he stopped doing business.
The link below is to the article about the attorney general suing him. I can't believe he is still operating in this criminal way.

Please contact the attorney general's office. I was communicating with Kirsten at 214-757-9191 at the time. Also, Cary Wicker, a detective with the Plano Police Department, 972-941-2468.
A special place in hell for Grove and his wife? It would be nice to start out with a special place in a prison cell for both of them. --guest
